1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at info@totaalbeauty.nl with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us within the given timeframe.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Netherlands & EU: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties involved.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
