- Brush your teeth for 1 minute with this toothpaste
- Spit out, don't rinse!
- Put the whitening gel on your toothbrush and brush for another minute.
- Spit out and rinse, for a beautiful healthy smile!
Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Don't get in.
