In 2015, I started importing soaps from the Philippines. I never thought I would ever be able to register my own brand,
“TotaalBeauty”.
As of April 2023, this brand is officially registered in the Benelux.
It all started with 10 KG of soap, and now? I order 10 pallets!
There is a Dutch saying: "Honesty lasts the longest," and I have always held onto this.
My intention is always to help people. When people are happy with the results, I am happy too.
This gives me a sense of fulfillment. Like many others, I started from home at my kitchen table. Then came a small rented space, and it grew bigger and bigger.
What I have achieved over all these years is no small feat. I have worked extremely hard—weekends, days off,
from early morning until late at night—but I don’t mind at all.
Later, we started creating our own soaps and creams. I had to search carefully for a high-quality product. If I put my name on a product, it has to be the best.
Eventually, I found my current local soap producer—someone knowledgeable about soaps and nature. Our soaps are not only good for people but also for the environment. They are made from 99% natural ingredients (you always need other substances for binding).
Through our projects, we help not only people in the Netherlands but also in the Philippines.
We regularly send money to the Philippines to help children attend school, buy clothes, and purchase schoolbooks. During the COVID period, we bought 2 laptops for children.
